Ich liebe die Datenverwaltung, die Claravine bietet. Wie die meisten Unternehmen begannen wir mit unserer UTM-Generierung in einer Tabelle, die unter Fachexperten, Agenturen und allen anderen, die UTM-Links erstellten, geteilt wurde. Da wir so viele "Köche in der Küche" hatten, gingen Benutzer oft eigenmächtig vor, was sie in verschiedene Felder eingaben. Da selbst ein einfacher Unterschied in der Großschreibung, wie "facebook" vs. "Facebook", zwei verschiedene Einträge in Ihren Quellen-/Medium-Berichten in GA erstellen kann, mussten wir eine andere Lösung finden. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist nicht sehr Google Analytics-freundlich. Das Tool wurde hauptsächlich für Adobe-Nutzer entwickelt und obwohl wir es problemlos nutzen konnten, wünschen wir uns, dass die Formulierungen auf der Benutzeroberfläche etwas intuitiver und anwendbarer auf unsere Nutzung wären. In diesem Zusammenhang wünschen wir uns auch ein wenig mehr GA-Integration, vielleicht durch Einbindung der GTM-Autorisierung. Trotzdem lieben wir das Tool absolut. Ich mag, wie einfach es ist, eine Vorlage zu erstellen und alles zu testen. Es ist ziemlich intuitiv und benutzerfreundlich. Stakeholder haben sehr selten Fragen zur Nutzung des Tools. Claravine ist oft sehr langsam beim Laden und anfällig für Fehler. Claravine provides us with the flexibility to set channel/platform specific taxonomy along with the much needed granularity and metadata governance.

The ability to customize the tool to your needs is unrivaled, along with their current integrations with marketing technology and tools. As custom use cases have arisen, the Claravine team has also leaned in, partnering with clients on solutions and using that input develop their capabilities. From a usability standpoint, the platform introduces an additional step to an already complicated publishing process. This adds additional steps for stakeholders and to establish more custom logic (in order to streamline this process) requires hands-on involvement from the client. The biggest area of opportunity for the Claravine team is merging the worlds of UX and governance/taxonomy so that using the tool is not as time intensive as it currently is. Since onboarding Claravine into Rogers, the process has been very agile and smooth. Any changes and adjustments that need to be made to fit Rogers needs were automatically addressed and we kept improving best practices. There isn't much downsides to using Claravine within your digital marketing ecosystem, one downside could be the vast technologies and/or marketing tools used within the Claravine platform that is not necessary understood by the organization and how it can be ultimately utilized correctly. It makes it easy for us to standardize values across teams. Our tracking codes were a hodgepodge and often had errors that caused reporting issues downstream in Adobe Analytics. The Claravine tool is very user friendly and easy to integrate with the Adobe platform. Personally, I love that we can customize each template that we create in order to meet the users needs. Additionally, the validating process is a huge reassurance to the analytics side of the house because we can ensure that campaigns are properly tagged and will make it into Adobe without user error. Additionally, the new features (like the bulk upload) are only helping the usability of the platform.
