It was a great onboarding process and Claravine's team basically built everything we needed for our account. Everything from all the fields and values we needed for each digital channel to the integration setup. It was working right away and we moved all our link building tracking to Claravine. Editing the Templates that our onboarding team built for us was a little confusing. For example, one of the template rules switched the entire value to lower case. I tried to edit this myself but found that there were over 3 different places in the template that could have caused this, I gave up and asked our CSM who quickly made the update.
