I have very few (if any!) negative comments or constructive criticism to share. One thing that I noticed on my own time was the website of Candidate Labs, which is full of terrific information, testimonials, and case studies. I think they could perhaps be more proud and aware of the amazing resources mentioned there and send me some things, but that would truly be going above and beyond the already stellar work they did for and with me. I often see other search and recruiting firms with outdated, boring websites, so it was incredibly refreshing and inspiring to see Candidate Labs take their branding and content seriously, which certainly reflected the experience I had working with them. Overall, the experience was positive. The only suggestion I have is to be more upfront with offer/negotiation nuances. In my case, I had no idea that the company I interviewed with had a no negotiation policy, and I wish I would have known that when I discussed compensation with Jacey before the offer was made.
