I can customize the notification so end users can contact our technical department if questions arrise. The service was easy to intigrate with Exchange Online. Some of the automation is clucnky. When I triger an investigation, If i dont have a sample of an email for an account takeover, because no emails where sent, I can not proced with reseting passwords on the account or check if new mailbox rules have been added.
