Also, although I've had to reach out to their support team more frequently than I feel I should have in the first month of my transition, their support team has been responsive. The migration was a challenge, to say the least. I had to remind them of the deals and discounts that I was promised and get refunded for charges that I wasn't supposed to have been charged. The sales rep apparently didn't get everything signed during the actual signing meeting, so I ended up having to ask them to send me a few other documents to be signed to make sure that everything was being paid as it was supposed to be. They will bring in a client mid-year or in the middle of a quarter and make sure the data is correct and ready for the payroll submission and returns. They handle multiple states without a problem. With COVID and ERTC, there is a lot involved in getting a payroll right but they have provided webinars and online resources to keep everyone informed on legislative changes.
