Currently, we are experiencing some issues with monitors being able to access our system remotely. I believe this is more due to instituional restrictions and not the fault the vendor. The automatic transfer of approvals and other documents from Advarra to eReg is awesome and a great time saver. I love that site SOPs can also be uploaded to eReg and sent out for signature and review. I like the way the different sections of the eBinder are organized & labeled and how the list of document sections for each protocol is always on the left side of the screen for quick access to documents. The integration of Advarra IRB and Oncore is beneficial in filing study documents and notifying the study team when IRB approvals are released. Downsides to the system are no set Training Log templates, requirements for documented training prior to each user (even if all they are doing is signing-off on a Delegation Log), and not being able to route one document for multiple signatures.
