A risk calling for a solution

Like everything in life; we have a plus side and naturally comes a down side as well. It can never be peaches and roses otherwise this would be to easy. The only noticeable irritation with reviews, is that occasionally you'll get those certain types who contribute nothing to your business, but in fact chose to purposely make a scene out of nothing because they know the effects reviews has on another business. Some attempt this nasty behavior due to Jealousy, others as a personal vendetta.... I do feel strongly about the fact, that something needs to be implemented with the concept of reviews and whom is allowed to conclude or air such reviews. Reason I say this; I had to cancel Guests at my Guesthouse not so long due to unforeseen reasons, and the situation could not be mended as such. So we ended up finding another nearby Guesthouse for the Guests and all seemed well and they appeared happy. 2 hours later I receive a review on my web page, from these people who I had to cancel.
