# What CRM do you recommend based on my needs?

I run a service based company. Customer places an order with us and we deliver service after the customer pays upfront. MOST Important Features I am looking for are User Level Restrictions & Permissions (So no Data leakage happens on employee level) and IP Address Restriction Login (Only open the CRM on company IP Address)

I have 3 teams; Sales, Production & Support and Marketing.

I want Sales people to have their own Pipeline. I want Sales agent to see their own specific deals, not other users deals. Exception the rule would be Team Manager who can see deals of their entire team members but not be able to see deals of people outside of their Sales team. I need team goals, insights and individual level performances ($ value).

I want Production & Support to have their own Project Management Portal. Once a Deal is won by Sales Team, I want a automated workflow to create a Project in Project Management Portal for the Production Manager to assign it to one of its team member. I don't want any other Productions Team member to be able to look into a project that is not assigned to him by his Manager. I want heavy task based notification so a project deadline is met by team members associated to the project.

Marketing dashboard for the Marketing team to track their campaign, spending and results in a shareable graph type insights.

Company Hierarchy and User level access:-
Admin - God, see everything, hear everything
Team Manger - Sales (See all the sales within its team only)
Sales Agent - See all the deals created by the user only
Production Manager - Projects (See all the Projects overview)
Production Argent - See all the projects assigned to him only.

I also would like to have a Live Chat integration, WhatsApp Integration and Telephony integration with automatic call recording, I am looking for a AIO type of CRM.

I am currently looking into Pipedrive (too sales oriented), Monday (too messy) and Zoho CRM (too complicated). But any other I might have missed out?

Please recommend me a CRM based on my needs, I will really appreciate it!
