The best aspect of OpenWater is definitely the customer service. There are people who are always on hand to answer any question or issue you might have. In addition, OpenWater is intuitive and easy to use.
There are so many odd UI/UX paths through the system. So many times I have to dig in menus for a commonly used thing. And the overall look is unappealing.
