Ich mochte die Integration mit mehreren SCMs wie Git, Perforce, Subversion. Auch die Erstellung und Teilnahme an Reviews kann durch Plugins aus der Community erleichtert werden, unabhängig von der IDE oder den Arten von Dateien, die man überprüfen möchte.
Compared to say github, it's slow and doesn't allow fluid communication. Comments can't be formatted with markdown AFAIK. The client is buggy.
One of the most unique feature which I haven't encountered anywhere else is the multi repository pull request. Projects where more than one repositories are involved it's very difficult to make two different piece of code live on two different servers....
