Sketch. io is user-friendly and has many emojis. I have tested all the tools in Sketch io and find that I can be quite creative. The longer you use Sketch the longer you want to stay and doodle. This software also has patterns for your background!

Brush settings. Canvas manipulation options (i.e. size/rotation/etc). Interface can get pretty confusing sometimes, i.e. too hard to figure out how to carry out a certain command.
