virtual machines are managed very well. I can easily create a virtual environment, often do tests with virtual machines, the snapshot feature is excellent, I can easily go back in time.

I hate how it minimizes everything on its desktop view. In order to make it viewable, the screen resolution must be changed, and that's an inconvenience for a number of reasons.
