The connectors are always broken and it is always an error on the Porter Metrics end. It makes it extremely frustrating when I make reports for senior management and in the middle of their presentation Porter's connectors break and it looks bad on everyone....
A friend recommended this tool to be used as a connector and build reports on Data Studio of my social media presence (Facebook,Pinterest, LinkedIn and Twitter). I love it because it's very easy to use and the setup takes 5 minutes.
Do NOT do it. I paid for WAY too many months of service, only to find out they were missing crucial pieces of data. Then I wasted waaaaay too much time "troubleshooting" with them. They strung me along for months, and then the guy I was working with just...
