Almost everything. It is extremely hard to use, with a really poor UX, graphs are really hard to create, there is data inconsistency. Solution is not reliant. I've had if for several months now and in that period I've experience downtimes of over one day...
Just like Apple, typeform takes the simple approach of less is more. It’s extremely easy to use which makes it very user-friendly. Our conversion rates are killer since we switched over to typeform.
