PicMonkey is my favorite on-line software for designing book covers and creating gorgeous and simple advertising graphics.
There are some better programs out there with better functionality that does what PicMonkey does, but better. Using Canva, as an example, it's options and ease of use just feels like it has better functionality to it.
It is super easy to use. They have all the basic features needed to create images for social media sharing. I also like the pricing strategy. Under free pricing, you can have ten images every month.
