AI Generated Summary
AI-generated. Powered by real user reviews.
  • Users report that Mozilla Firefox excels in its privacy features, particularly with its Enhanced Tracking Protection, which reviewers mention significantly reduces unwanted ads and trackers compared to Opera's standard settings.
  • Reviewers mention that Firefox's user interface is highly customizable, allowing for a more personalized browsing experience, while users on G2 note that Opera's interface, although visually appealing, lacks the same level of customization options.
  • G2 users highlight that Firefox's performance in handling multiple tabs is superior, with many stating that it maintains speed and responsiveness better than Opera, especially when numerous extensions are in use.
  • Users say that the built-in screenshot tool in Firefox is more intuitive and user-friendly, while reviewers mention that Opera's snapshot feature, although functional, is less straightforward to use.
  • Reviewers mention that Firefox's commitment to open-source development fosters a strong community support system, which users report as a significant advantage over Opera's more corporate-driven approach to updates and support.
  • Users on G2 report that Firefox's integration with various productivity extensions, such as Todoist and Evernote, is seamless, while reviewers note that Opera's extension library, while growing, does not match the breadth and depth available for Firefox.

You need to restart the browser after every add-on installation. Firefox is heavy and and customization is limited when compared with CHROME. Mobile version has to be available for all platforms.

I inherited one Windows 2000 workstation with a few tricky custom installs. IE stopped working, Chrome was nagging about the update, yet couldn't complete it due to being on old OS. Surprisingly, Opera had no problem getting installed and doing great job.

Sometimes the pages scale irregularly and there are occasional crashes. Lacks the stronger social media features that skyfire has.
