UI is the basic problem with operating system. It is very poorly made. This could be better if designed properly. They may give some border radius to each window opened.
Seems like a Linux Distro. I've used a bunch and from the command line they all look pretty similar.
It has some rough edges and for some reason, was a pain to install onto the harddisk
