I am using H5P in coordination with Moodle LMS. This software creates interactive videos where we can add reflection spots questions in your won video or video from YouTube. The best part is easy to use. Not much training is required to learn the software.

Limited for more advanced users although it is possible to do manual coding when needed although an experienced coder would likely use WordPress
