Compare Examdiff Pro and winmerge 
What I like best about ExamDiff Pro is the ability to do a side-by-side review of documents and compare the differences. The color-coded line numbers make it easy to see each line and compare.
Examdiff doesn’t allow to change the file names while comparing. Compare Reports generated are not really helpful for further usage.
