Its easy to setup, easy to use, and it's so efficient. I love that I can use it on my phone as well as on my computer at the office. I do alot of estimating on site and being able to log everything in the app and have it immediately available on the work...
customer support isn't helpful and they've disabled and reenabled phone support, also charing for it sometimes too. very confusing process.

I & the 50 other people I talked to) disliked them closing our accounts for no reason. I disliked them holding my money for 2 months. I disliked them creating fake "this number is out of service" and "we broke the internet" messages to avoid answering...
