Unfortunately at this moment Socialbakers is only focusing on social performance & not a complete social suite a la Radian6/Adobe Social. As such, you will need another platform to use for listening & engagement.
It is easy to use and has connectors for all the relevant Oracle Cloud apps that are fairly straight forward to configure.
The tool itself is hard to navigate and is not very intuitive when going through it to find the information you need. It also is hard to update information yourself and thus, you need to assign an "administrator". Further, it freezes often and takes a while...
