Very convenient, fast and dashers are friendly
Support disconnected on me 3 times and had to contact them a fourth time, despite the long wait I had to endure, they ended chat within seconds of typing.
What I find the most helpful about Uber Eats is the fact that you can have your food delivered to you regardless of where you are/what you are doing. It is great on busy days when I am at the office an unable to get away to go get/pick up food.
Customer service was horrible. Was also mislead by the onboarding team. Was told they would be able to add a 15% markup to our menu through the POS integration. After setting up the account, I was told they were unable to do this. So now I am here after...
