Simple to understand and it is very easy to use
Needs a GPS that the drivers cannot turn off or give them an option. Wish we can update the gps on our end to see where they are. Or when you assign a job it keeps track of the times but if you remove the job from that driver all the times are gone and...
I worked with a system where only 1 person could access. TOPS allows multiple users all at once! I can search by names not just numbers. User friendly!
Tops is a bit slow at times, and there are times that it just completely gives up in editing letters and the entire system shuts down.
