I love that I can access our system online. The nature of shelter medicine doesn't always fall into business hours. Being able to login at any time/anywhere I have an internet connection is invaluable.

Vetter can occasionally be cumbersome for certain tasks, requiring a large number of steps to complete what you are intending to do. Some updating to the software to make there be less steps to accomplish what you need to do would be ideal.
