Its the most user friendly review software I have ever used. Making the complex databases extremely easy to search/tag etc... In my 27 years of experience, I have found that their team of professionals is by far the best group I have ever worked with.

Per GB pricing is more expensive monthly hosting fees for larger volume databases. Not as good analytics as other software.

I liked being able to bulk code. Often there are documents that are not relevant to the project but take up a huge part of the folders. I appreciate being able to code those documents and move on without additional resources taking up time going through...

Not many features. Tagging and folders are pretty rudimentary, and it's very hard to organize and efficiently review duplicated documents. Also the search syntax is very simplistic.
