My first experience with Cimplicity was with a new version of it. I met with some bug and during solution providing phase for that kind of a problem I see a good team behind that tries to solve my problem as best as possible
I had a issue while integration with B&R OPC. The issue ID was Generic due to which we were unable to resolve the issue. So they need to work on bug fixing and add details to errors so that consumers can find it user friendly.
Communicating with third party Systems is flexible............
You can only use Siemens support to upgrade or buy the new versions, it's generally not available with system integrators.
