Customer support for me is more important than anything. I'm not particularly fond of internet sales but becoming more comfortable if it involves lower price. Carlson is a company that is hard to contact.

The user interface definitely needs to be adjusted. Don't get me wrong, the old Microstation was much worse but some more tweeks need to be made. They need to update more often too, not like the AutoCAD every year update but the time span between updates...
