I do not like that when a route has been drawn in say with a WB-40 truck, you cannot manipulate that route at all. If you have a somewhat large path of travel, you need to redraw the entire thing, even if just one turn needs manipulation.
I mostly use the autocad integration, so that I am able to harness the powerful features of Carlson Civil and integrate them into my daily and familiar Autodesk and AutoCAD environment.
Customer support for me is more important than anything. I'm not particularly fond of internet sales but becoming more comfortable if it involves lower price. Carlson is a company that is hard to contact.
