I am using Autodesk InfraWorks 360 from 2016, its combine GIS/BIM platform for Preliminary design and Construction project, where one can create the Proposed Site Model for Resedential,Highway design, port planning etc, in no time,, ITs very flexible...
It still lacks North American tree species but I am sure this will be addressed soon. The other problem is that it doesn't seem to handle procedural materials on imported Max object so you have to map them the old fashioned way before you import them....
I have experience primarily using InRoads with some exposure to GeoPAK. GeoPAK to me seems very clunky and outdated. It bases everything off COGO and the methodology to me is equivalent to what was cutting edge when computers first were used in drafting...
