Animaker takes some time to get used to, but only because a few intuitive tools are THERE, but a little hard to find at first. Once you get into using it though, things are much easier and it does lean more towards the intuitive side with use.

I appreciate all that's built into Moovly: a variety of transition elements, music and video clips, clear tutorials to get you started, rendering in multiple formats.
the sign up page froze and had to pay for some of the most basic features the name moovly should quit making presentation tools a use there name to make a chocolate milk brand that cost 60$
