If a question isn't required, it's labeled as "Optional", why would I want to tell someone a field is optional??? Also there should be a way to collect responses throughout the form, especially if its a multiple page form.
Just like Apple, typeform takes the simple approach of less is more. It’s extremely easy to use which makes it very user-friendly. Our conversion rates are killer since we switched over to typeform.
