I am disappointed to write this review, but I have no choice given our recent experience with 20i. Firstly their claims that "StackCP" and "Hostshop" are comparable or superior to widely recognised competitors like cPanel or WHMCS are simply not credible....
The support is the best. Very helpful. Turn around time if you are in queue. Often they go over and above their call of duty to help customers.
I was moved to a new server, without being told what I'd need to change/check/fix prior and during. It was assumed I was tech savvy to do this. So my site was unavailable for 2 days. The ball gets dropped between selling me add-on and activating it. I would...
