Question on: Bizpromit
[When delegating calling process, does Bizpromit bears the calling cost?](/discussions/when-delegating-calling-process-does-bizpromit-bears-the-calling-cost)

What is a calling process? Any task or business process that involves calling is termed a "calling process". With Bizpromit, the cost of calling needs to be reimbursed or, you can share with us the access to the VoIP-based system to make calls. Many a time we do call for information gathering and bookings, in such circumstances we proceed without a reimbursement request instead we adjust the call charges from the available points. What are your thoughts?

Of course NOT. I need to provide them with a VoIP access.

Question on: Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists
[How does this benefit my business?](/discussions/how-does-this-benefit-my-business)

How does the pricing work?

Even our most expensive plan, the pro plan, is about $40,000 less than the yearly salary of an in-house receptionist, and we still have capabilities they likely don’t. But if you’re not considering a receptionist, you might not have considered the real cost of all your daily interruptions. Give us a try and find out.

Question on: Smith.ai Virtual Receptionists
[What if I don't need 24/7 answering?](/discussions/what-if-i-don-t-need-24-7-answering-25e29d77-14b8-436f-85f8-148ab9f78cdf)

Do you offer options for non-24/7 answering?

No problem. Just tell us what hours you want us to answer, and calls outside your set answering hours can go to a number you choose, or to voicemail. Or, if you're using something fancy like RingCentral, you can set up your forwarding to only forward during those hours. The great thing about per-call pricing is that it doesn't matter if we answer calls for you 24/7 or 2 hours a day— the pricing is the same.
