Well, Admin side- you just have to publish app, so that it works from workspace as well as browser. It all depends on user ease to use either method. In my personal opinion, end users find workspace launch easy because in browser, you always have to re-enter your credentials once web session terminates per the time out admins set on netscaler/SF but in workspace, user just have to refresh and apps will appear.
