What I like most about Summize is that it brings the entire contract lifecycle into one structured, accessible environment. It gives us much better visibility across our contracts, including their status, key obligations, renewal and expiry dates, approvals, and the stakeholders responsible. The integration with Word and Outlook is especially valuable because it lets the legal team and the wider business keep working in tools they already use every day, rather than having to change their whole way of working. I also appreciate the combination of contract management, workflow automation, and AI-assisted review. It supports the initial review of contracts by helping to identify key clauses and risks, and it generally makes it easier to organise and prioritise legal work. The ability to set up structured approval processes and maintain a central contract repository is also very useful from a governance and compliance perspective. Overall, Summize has helped us move toward a more structured and transparent contract management process. It has reduced some of the administrative work around contracts and given the legal team better oversight of what’s happening across the business.

I have been wanting to implement a centralised system for legal intake for a while, and Summize does exactly that, alongside its repository function and requests dashboard. The user interface is extremely easy to use, and I love having access to all requests in one place. It makes it much easier to delegate work to other members of the legal team, while also giving me a strategic, holistic overview of legal requests and workflows. The integrations are very useful as well, since they connect to apps I already use (i.e., Teams and Outlook), and I’m really looking forward to the future Claude integration. For the price, it is very reasonable and in my opinion definitely worth the money. The implementation team were great also, big shout out to James!

It's very flexible and the workflows can be adapted easily. It's a very user friendly interface and the repository is helpful and great to use. Implementation was also handled incredibly well.
