I love how lemlist is the ultimate outbound tool for SDR's. It is the central hub, CRM, Call list and campaign management tool all in one user friendly UI. It can be integrated with Claude using simple API plugins which has been a real game changer for creating hyper-personalised messaging in our campaigns for multiple clients which have been performing at a truly exceptional level with obvious ROI in terms of our responses and interest generated. The AI assisted chat bot is brilliant to rely on for support with minor to major issues with quick responses and escalation to a human rep available. Cannot fault the performance of the data sourcing for finding contact details which doesn't require a separate subscription to the likes of Lusha or ZoomInfo.

The fact that I can unify LinkedIn, emails and calls + sms in one sequence. Also, the variety of options for personalization.
