I use EngageBay to keep track of customer conversations, contact information, and follow-up tasks. I like having all the details available in one place because it makes it easier to understand what has already been discussed before I reach out again. It has become a useful part of my regular workflow, especially when I have several conversations going on at the same time.

EngageBay Keeps Customer Info, Communication, and Follow-Ups in One Place

I mainly use EngageBay to keep track of customer information, communication and follow-ups. What I like is having these things in one place instead of having to manage the across different tools. It took me a little time to get familiar with everything, but after using it for a while, I found it fairly easy to work with. The automation features are also useful, especially when I have regular follow-ups to manage
