Honestly, the best part is that it just works across both cloud and on-prem without needing to redo everything from scratch. It gave us the flexibility we needed and once it was set up, day-to-day use felt pretty seamless. Such as figuring out which setting controls what, especially when switching between environments. Took some trial and error. Also a few features that seemed helpful were only available in the higher plans, which was a bit frustrating. Although customer support is always there to help. But I did find the initial setup took more back-and-forth with IT than I had anticipated, and I found the cost to be somewhat unclear initially.
