"Unified CRM Boost with Room for Broadcast Improvements"
4/5
Describe the project or task Keap helped with:

Keap offers a unified CRM and marketing automation platform that centralizes advertiser data and automates email reminders for radio ads. While it reduces reliance on scattered spreadsheets, it lacks broadcast-specific field integrations, necessitating manual data transfers to scheduling tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I value Keap for its unified combination of contact CRM and straightforward marketing automation that's well-suited for our broadcast media’s local advertiser workflows. It keeps all of our radio advertiser data in one place, helping our sales and operations team avoid chasing scattered spreadsheets. Keap allows us to log radio ad buyers, set automated email reminders to alert clients when their spots go live, and track deal status all within one workspace. After signing a radio ad contract, we can trigger automated emails to confirm air-dates and view lead status, contract notes, and campaign follow-up tasks on a single dashboard, reducing missed communications with ad buyers. Automated follow-ups triggered after campaign activations have saved us lots of manual email work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines CRM and Email Automation, Needs Better Tool Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keap?

I like how smoothly Keap's CRM and email-automation features work together for our small design agency. When new SaaS-web-design prospects come in, I can quickly tag leads by project budget and scope, then launch tailored drip email sequences without complicated setup. I enjoy seeing pipeline status at a glance, which helps me allocate time for proposal reviews alongside my UX design duties. It keeps our lead follow-ups consistent. What do you dislike about Keap?

Keap lacks native connections to the design-focused tools that our agency relies on, like Figma, which forces us to manually copy client briefs and contact details. Its reporting functionality is also quite rigid, so I can't easily pull custom views for tracking lead-to-project conversion. Advanced automation settings come with a steep learning curve, especially for our junior team members. As our contact list grows, our subscription costs increase, adding more overhead as we take on more client projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized, Easy-to-Use UX with Powerful Automations and Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Keap?

I love Keap for the UX of it. It's so organized, easy to figure out whatever you need to see and to do. Easy to create automations, also there are many integrations with other platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

It has limited data reporting compared to other platforms. And is getting expensive compared to other competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong integrations, but partner pricing is too costly for small agencies & our clients"
2/5
What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is great if you have a large budget and have already invested time and resources to using it. When set up correctly, forms on websites stay connected without interruptions and connecting with different softwares through API was easier than some of their counterparts - which was important to me as someone who works with small businesses because it isn't practical to keep adding Zapier subscriptions for endless integrations - it becomes too costly for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

For an agency like mine, the cost of becoming a partner just wasn’t sustainable. Partners essentially provide them with a steady stream of revenue, and the only real perk in return was support—but even that was inconsistent, and it was hit or miss whether the help was actually useful. Then for my customers (end-user) costs kept increasing dramatically with no improvements to the experience which made it harder and harder to sell. On top of that, the system is so complex the average small business owner doesn't have time to learn it and with email deliverability so strict for legit small businesses customers were frustrated -their frustration was directed at me, which I was no longer willing to take. "Streamlined Sales Automation with Ease of Use"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Keap?

I really like the automation builder in Keap. It allows me to set up automations that help manage our sales pipeline efficiently. I also enjoy being able to build out widgets and dashboards on the home screen, which give me a quick view of my day and the current pipeline's status and opportunities. Additionally, I found the setup process to be pretty easy and user-friendly. The team helped us get set up, offered some training sessions, and worked with us to prepare everything for our team. What do you dislike about Keap?

Being able to manage company level records instead of individual contact records that apply to all contacts in a company. And a better view of email communication and outreach by sales reps to customers in an area that can be reported on instead of just syncing the emails from our Microsoft 365 environment. It would be really nice to be able to assign more that just one person to an opp in Keap, this way if a CS or Support Rep is an addtional contact owner this can be done at the point they would need to be involved. "Seamless Business Automation and CRM Efficiency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keap?

I appreciate how Keap allows me to convert manual tasks into automated processes for my business operations. It's great to know that communications with other businesses or vendors, especially marketing efforts, are taken care of without needing my constant presence. I also like that Keap makes it seamless and easy to follow up with leads and provide them with necessary communication about next steps. The CRM aspect of Keap is valuable as it includes options for bookings, which create an easier process for customers to move from pre-booking through to getting follow-ups effortlessly. This booking feature makes things seamless by automatically adding appointments to calendar invites and including reminders, which is very helpful when handling multiple inquiries. Overall, Keap makes it very easy to get started and has been a positive experience so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automation with Ease, but Pricey"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keap?

I find the automation of workflow and email marketing tools in Keap very powerful, which is the best setup for my needs. These tools really help me handle higher volumes without increasing manpower. The email tool is useful for bulk communication, allowing me to send updates, maintenance alerts, and onboarding sequences to multiple clients at once. This ensures consistent messaging and reduces repetitive work, saving me a lot of time and reducing human error. It lets me focus more on complex or hybrid issues instead of getting bogged down in routine tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Pricing is on the higher side and advanced concern can be a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game Changer for Small Business Automation with Pricing Challenges"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Keap?

I love using Keap as our all-in-one CRM, marketing automation, and simple invoicing tool for our small service-based business. The drag-and-drop Automation Builder is hands-down my favorite feature. It lets us create complex workflows visually and intuitively without any coding. The 'When/Then' modules make it easy to automate tasks like sending personalized email sequences and scheduling follow-up calls, which has been a game-changer for consistent lead nurturing without manual work. I also appreciate how Keap integrates natively with Zapier, making it easier to connect with other tools like Typeform, Calendly, and Google Sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Pricing and scaling costs — It starts feeling expensive quickly as your contact list grows (we're already seeing higher tiers creep in). The per-contact scaling plus mandatory onboarding/implementation fees for new setups add up fast for a small team. Many competitors offer more generous limits at lower entry points. The initial setup was moderately challenging — not the easiest onboarding we've experienced, but manageable with some dedication. We’re a small team (3 people), none of us are technical experts, so there was definitely a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use with Great Automations"
5/5
What do you like best about Keap?

I find the system easy to use and the automations are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The automation builder does crash sometimes whilst using it. Which is time consuming. I have questioned this but not heard anything back on it. Integrations are fine but could be better. Considering the system crashes while using the automation builder the price could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
