What do you like best about Snitcher?

Easy to use, shows immediate insight on who is looking at our web page, useful for identifying potential prospects, plus it confirms what our customers are looking at when we send them links to our web pages.

The volume of activity helps us understand what interests people the most so that we can adapt our content accordingly. The filters allow you to focus on those companies that fit your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) including geography, size, industry and more.

Love the fact that I can press a button and upload the account details into Salesforce, and similar with names of individuals from LinkedIn which are also available for each account identified in Snitcher Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Snitcher?

Nothing much to dislike about it. If I had to be critical, I would want it tell me who it was that was on the web site but that is not going to happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Snitcher?

Very easy to see who is visiting your website and if they are your ICP. Snitcher sorts the information making it very easy to see the company details and even who you should reach out to for the best results.

Customer support is amazing and gives free trainings to the whole team.

What do you dislike about Snitcher?

It does not show exactly who visited your website so its difficult to know exactly who to reach out to with a cold call or email. This is due to the GDPR law however and it would be illegal to track who visits your website with personal information. So this is not the fault of Snitcher. What do you dislike about Snitcher?

As an engineering company based in Shropshire that focuses on recycling machinery, we manage a wide range of tasks, from creating bespoke trommel designs to carrying out emergency baler repairs. Snitcher's real-time alerts are invaluable, instantly letting us know when a potential client—such as a waste management company—spends time on our services page. What do you like best about Snitcher?

I like that Snitcher tells us what companies are visiting account. importantly, it tells me the location of where the person was searching from and it tells me if they came from an ad. this way, i can really narrow down who i'm reaching out to

Plus, i can create segments. This way, I can see people who visited X page or have visited our website more than once. Very useful.

The customer support is fairly good and I tend to access this through the live chat. They talked me through how to implement, which was as simple as pasting some code into our website. I would say that we use Snitcher every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Snitcher?

I wish it would tell us when someone is using a VPN (so we can get the location data more accurate) or be able to identify people at contact level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Snitcher?

The ability to know the companies that come to our site and the pages they are seeing.

The ability to get a good feeling who is really interested (repeat visits, key pages). Its actually a bit addictive. We actually use it ever day.

What do you like best about Snitcher?

We offer a niche range of specialist products with a very limited user-base. Leads generated through our contact form are very rare as our website is used primarily for research purposes. Snitcher allows us to see the companies visiting our website and view precisely the products they have looked at. This puts our sales team on the front-foot and enables them to open a dialogue with potential customers while they are still early in their purchasing process. This helps us build a relationship from the very early stages and therefore assists with us turning potential customers into long lasting partnerships.

Implementing Snitcher was as simple as inserting the code into our website. The Snitcher team also went above and beyond by helping write a special piece of code which enables us to limit our identifications to UK-only. We are a global group but our subsidiary is only able to serve the UK, so with Snitcher we only see the companies that are useful to our region.

We have trialled many similar products to view our website visitors but Snitcher is by far the best. Its identifications are far more accurate and extensive than any other we trialled, and the friendly user interface is also superior to the others.

We are regularly bombarded with aggressive sales calls from what is potentially Snitcher's main competitor, despite telling them we will never use their service as we are happy with Snitcher. Snitcher's team by contrast is an absolute pleasure to deal with - fast responses, detailed answers and a real passion for customer support.

With Snitcher you feel valued as a customer, not just a number. It's a pleasure to be a user of a system that continuously improves and innovates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Snitcher?

Snitcher may not the cheapest solution, but it certainly offers the best value and its features and identifications are well worth the investment. It would be good to have a feature to offer feedback on identifications to help improve the experience for everyone (e.g. report slight inaccuracies back to the Snitcher team). What do you like best about Snitcher?

Snitcher captivated me with its simple interface, which goes hand in hand with the accuracy of the information presented. Configuring filters is extremely intuitive, allowing you to start analyzing traffic and collecting leads almost immediately. I have been working with Snitcher for a long time, and as far as I can see, the changes are only for the better. What do you dislike about Snitcher?

Some smaller companies can’t always be identified, which means not every visitor shows up with full details, and sometimes the locations are wrong. What do you like best about Snitcher?

Daily list of companies that have visit our site with associated list of email addresses. I requested support to filter my list to only show Australian Companies, and they did it in a few hours. Now my list is clean! Everyday, I get a short list of target companies with email addresses for decision makers. Upgraded to a rating 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
