It provides detailed metrics for all important social media platforms. You can create custom dashboards, giving you an overview of all metrics you are interested in. There are no significant aspects, just a few little things: Due to the numerous metrics, the onboarding process takes some time. You need to delve into the tool before it gives you the desired outcome. Creating your own metrics requires skills in computer science. But the customer service is always there for help. Some metrics are missing because the platform owners are unwilling to share the data through their APIs. But this is not a problem caused by Quintly itself. The graphics and Excel files that are automatically generated sometimes are visually not very appealing. Therefore we use the option to share a dashboard by a custom link. We have looked for an analytics tool for several years – until we started to use Quintly in 2022. It has reduced the effort to create the monthly reporting by far. We created a custom dashboard with the most important metrics for each platform and can easily send the dashboard link via email. Quintly allows to bypass lot of engineering work (collecting data by each different Digital Media and uniformizing them) They also have a great UI that gives very valuable KPIS / informations to give sort of an analytical "Base" to get started on. The data provided is pretty difficult to use at some time. But collecting digital media is a pretty rough tasks, and I would say i'm not surprised by that. Quintly gives you easy access to analytics data from social profiles from multiple platforms in one single tool and/or one single API. Instead of accessing various platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.), you can find most (but not all) of your analytics data in Quintly. Quintly relies on the official platform APIs from Facebook etc., to retrieve analytics data. Sometimes, Quintly cannot give you all data because the platform owner, e.g., Instagram, is unwilling to share this data through their APIs. However, whenever official APIs are available, Quintly is very quick to integrate them into their tool, so the customers automatically benefit from them. Their support has been very responsive and consistent over the years and could solve all our issues. Also, Quintly is open to customer feedback and willing to improve its product. Their data model is complex and can be a bit overwhelming for beginners as dozens of different tables can be used to calculate KPIs. So, on the one hand, it's great to have access to all this detailed analytics data; on the other hand, the learning curve is quite steep if you want to make your own KPIs. There are natural limits to the APIs with any of the social platforms. So occasionally data is off or missing from our quintly profile, but it is always an error on the platform side.
