I use Mention to track brand and keyword mentions across social media, news, and the web, and I really like the real-time alerts and wide coverage. It makes staying informed and reacting quickly to important conversations much easier. Mention helps me monitor my reputation in real-time, understand sentiment, track competitors, and quickly react to trends or potential PR issues. The initial setup is generally easy, and most users can complete it in under 15–20 minutes without technical help. I also appreciate that Mention offers better analytics and saves me time monitoring brand mentions across platforms. I’d rate it 9/10 for recommending it to others. Alerts come in almost immediately when something is published. For PR, brand monitoring, or crisis situations, speed actually matters, and Mention does this part well without weird delays. The support from the Mention team, especially our account manager Camille, has been excellent. We particularly value the integration with other platforms. In my organization, we use Mention frequently to detect critical mentions of our brand and essential information for our marketing. Its user interface is intuitive, making it easy to use and the dashboard relatively easy to use. Thanks to this tool, we find in record time good and bad reviews from our customers in the vastness of the web and social platforms; it also has good tools that bring good points to the management of social networks. My company's marketing department uses mention regularly since it is pretty good at finding places where our brand is referenced and discussed on various social networks and everywhere else on the internet. Mention is simple to set up, and the tool has quickly moved from development to production. Mention allows us to create alerts and allow us to perform searches with our filters. We can easily monitor the profiles of our brand. With the searched keywords we can easily review and digest the email list. Their dashboards and is very simple to use and we do not have to learn many skills to use their dashboards.
