Honestly, very little. Because the platform is packed with features and intelligence tools, there is a slight learning curve at the very beginning to customize workflows to your exact liking, but once you set it up, the efficiency gains far outweigh the initial configuration time. The most useful thing about Loxo for me is the ability to merge and update files using information from other online sources. For example, I can merge files or add details from LinkedIn profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don’t like that it isn’t very user-friendly for temp jobs. There’s no way to view an active list of temp candidates who are currently working, or to see live assignments that are still active. I really like the Loxo AI chat and the user interface, which makes the overall experience seamless, especially when sourcing talent and navigating through the interview process. It's a tremendous help in automating many of my heavier admin tasks, allowing me to focus more on finding the right talent. The ease of use is a big plus for me; setting it up and learning how to use it was very simple, which is great. I like the user interface and the fact that it's visually easy for me to work within Loxo. It keeps me organized, and everything about it works really well. I appreciate how it helps manage my candidate pipeline, find candidates, and organize the outreach for those candidates. The analytics and statistics allow me to see how it's working, and it gets me out in the market quicker. The initial setup was very easy, and it has a lot more features compared to the old ATS we used. I am also very impressed with the Support team , including the AI version . Some of the searching is a little bit clunky in Loxo. The Loxo source and even the new AI they put together isn't really accurate in a lot of ways compared to what I'm used to. They could definitely help me with that a little bit more. There are a couple of issues every now and then with having to sign in and sign out, just like little technical things. When I do searches through the Loxo portal, the results aren't as good as when I use Sales Navigator, which is very accurate. The AI portion seems like it just pulls from one or two sources and feels kinda random. I find Loxo incredibly helpful for my daily recruitment needs. The ease of navigation is a significant advantage. I really appreciate the automated AI emails, which allow me to save email templates and avoid retyping them over and over. Moving candidates' profiles to their respective submission stages is seamless with the drag-and-drop feature, which I believe is the best part. The reporting feature is simple and straightforward. I especially love the Loxo extension because I can add profiles from LinkedIn to Loxo ATS and tag them to relevant jobs efficiently. Additionally, when I submit a candidate, Loxo automatically sends them a confirmation email, and incorporating links to our company's review page is a nice touch that encourages more feedback from candidates. That staged automated emails, there should be option to enable it only if user wants to and not automatically enable to all candidates and then go in each profiles to turn that off. Also the Loxo extension is sometimes laggy and takes a lot of time to fetch candidates profile information like contact details, also if by mistake we switch the tabs will have to refresh the page for candidate and retry fetching details using extension. Loxo brings our recruitment workflow together in one platform, including candidate management, sourcing, campaigns, searches and job pipelines. It helps us work more efficiently and manage a large candidate database effectively. Some of the advanced search behaviour can take time to understand, particularly how Natural Language Search, selected Skills and candidate ranking work together. Greater transparency and clearer guidance around these interactions would make an already capable platform even stronger. Loxo is expensive for the value provided. While it offers useful recruitment features, the pricing feels high for smaller agencies, and a more flexible pricing structure would improve the overall value for money. sometimes the activity notes on company files can be tricky to understand or navigate. especially when clients can be candidates and candidates are clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that Loxo is very didactic and visual, which allows us to keep candidate information updated with great ease, and this helps us a lot. It greatly facilitates our recruitment process, helps us keep everything organized, and know who to contact and when. It is also easy to use and very user-friendly. The integration of artificial intelligence allows us to search for more candidates in different positions, which is great. Additionally, the initial setup of Loxo is quite simple, it comes with videos and context that guide you step by step. Unfortunately, Loxo has been changing policies. Before, we could add LinkedIn profiles through an extension, but now we can't, it no longer grabs LinkedIn profiles. Our emails also fail. We can integrate our email with Loxo, but sometimes the emails don't get sent, our candidates don't receive them.
