I appreciate and use regularly their AI search in the Knowledge Base, AI course Creator and AI image generator. Those tools are invaluable as they speed up the search for information, allow courses to be custom created in a matter of minutes and find the images I need without worrying about copyrighting. When I started at my company, we had an old, outdated LMS system. My first goal coming in as the Director of L&D was to replace that old system with something new and easy-to-use that both employees and managers would enjoy. After checking out a few vendors, it was easy to see that iSpring Learn would be the right pick, and we've never looked back. iSpring lets us quickly ramp up new hires, train our managers, and create helpful assessments to see how employees are performing. The tool is really robust, but there are a few things I wish their 360-degree performance reviews system did differently. It gives us the ability to create "learning tracks" of courses that we can assign to new hires en masse, which saves time for us and helps new hires learn everything they need about our company right away. Past LMS systems I've used were clunky, and I often got employee complaints about them. I haven't had any of that with iSpring because the interface is intuitive. What I like most is the smart combination of learning tracks, development programs, the 360 reviews, all with a very good reporting feature. The platform's ability to blend learning tracks or courses with development programs, where I can add training sessions and 360 reviews, is impressive. I would like to learn more about the knowledge base because sometimes it feels like the benefits of having it aren't clear, and I'd like to see it linked more with the courses. Companies are sometimes struggling with to many sources of information within. Also, while I know iSpring is investing in AI, platforms are moving even more towards AI-guided communication, and I'd love to see this development in iSpring. It would be great if users could interact with an AI agent within the knowledge base or courses. Additionally, if relevant to their strategy I think iSpring could invest more in the public side of course creation and commercialization (similar to LearnWorlds). Quiz in the LMS has some limitations which i have conveyed feedback on - In Articulate Storyline, after attempting all questions, the learner reached the results page, which showed the quiz score. The “Try Again” button on the results page allowed learners to retry only the questions they answered incorrectly instead of having to retake the entire test. Staff are incredibly busy everywhere, their time is billable and so we cant make them retake entire quizzes to pass the quiz, they should be able to retake only the Qs that they got wrong. The iSpring LMS, along with the support and developer teams, has been fantastic. I really appreciate how easy it is to create training materials in SCORM format, and it’s clear that iSpring’s development team is actively committed to ongoing feature improvements and bug fixes. Currently, we back up individual learning materials in SCORM format, but we face operational difficulties because we cannot back up the structural configurations of courses or learning tracks. In the future, it would be extremely helpful if we could export training content created in iSpring LMS at the course or learning track level in either SCORM or HTML format. I also believe that being able to export pages created in iSpring LMS as HTML files would further expand how our learning materials can be utilized. In addition, adding a feature to edit SCORM-format materials would allow us to reuse SCORM content created outside of iSpring Suite.
