What do you like best about Fellow?

It's easy to use and very efficient. It's like my daily board in front of me, helps me prepare for meetings, and I can safely take notes and create action items to organize my daily workflow, it's super useful to check these when you need them. You can create custom templates depending on your meetings and even create your personal action items, it's private and it's powerful. I love how Fellow pops up every time I have a meeting and how I can access it from the app on my phone to check the tasks or the projects that require my attention! What do you dislike about Fellow?

I don't think there's something I dislike in Fellow. In fact, everything is super useful. At first, I wasn't used much to it but it became a culture in daily workflow in just few days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having several meetings a day or per week can be a little challenging in terms of keeping notes and the actions that need to be performed. It can be lost, it may not be very organized. Also, it's important to organize your daily workload and that's possible with Fellow!

"Effortless Meeting Workflow with Fellow’s Google Meet Extension"

What do you like best about Fellow?

Fellow is genuinely easy to use, which matters a lot when you're jumping between back to back meetings all day. The Google Meet extension is probably my favourite bit, having the agenda sit right there in the call without switching tabs saves so much time and just fits into how I already work. On top of that, the meeting summaries and transcripts mean I'm not scrambling to write things up afterwards, and action items get pulled out automatically so nothing slips between meetings. It also holds up well even with a heavy meeting load, it doesn't feel slow or clunky no matter how many recurring meetings and templates I've got running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

The main thing is that Fellow sometimes doesn't join a call automatically, though even then the Google Meet plugin gets it in within seconds so it's more a minor annoyance than a real problem. The other bit is the AI follow up suggestions, they're genuinely useful for some of my team but not always for me, so it can add a bit of noise with extra buttons showing up in my Google Calendar. Easy enough to dismiss if you've already got your own workflow, but it would be nice to be able to turn them off for individual users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Fellow, prepping for and following up on meetings ate into a lot of my week, chasing action items, writing recap emails, digging back through notes to remember what was actually agreed. Now agendas are set up once and reused and notes and decisions live in one place. That's probably saved me a good hour or two a week that used to go on meeting admin, which matters when you're managing a full portfolio of accounts alongside coaching and reporting. "Seamless Google Integration and Powerful Meeting Notes That Keep Us in Context"

What do you like best about Fellow?

I really enjoy the meeting recordings and notes. They make it quick and easy to find context for my work, and they also help me stay involved in meetings I may not have attended.

The meeting search functionality is intuitive and helps me quickly find what I need. Fellow has greatly improved our organization’s ability to retain context.

The Google integration is seamless and works well in our Google Workspace. The app doesn’t consume many of the resources I need for day-to-day work, even while recording. The inference from meeting recordings has been fantastic and doesn’t seem to make mistakes, if any at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

The floating minimized bar often gets in my way on the Mac interface. I’d prefer that, by default, it would sit on the desktop, in the menu bar, or somewhere else while it’s minimized.

Context management is always a difficult task as an organization grows. Too often, meetings are ad hoc or don’t include everyone who needs the full context.

"Fantastic Meeting Task Automation That Keeps My Day Organised"

What do you like best about Fellow?

The way it creates tasks for you following your meetings. I love that I never need to worry about taking notes anymore, and I can just focus on listening and having a productive conversation. The app is fantastic and organises my day, and i love the fact i can search for meeting topics and get a refresher on any conversation that was recorded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

That the bot has to join the meeting... I wish it didn't take up a whole persons space when on a group call. It doesn't work very well with the Teams UI/UX. I think this could be improved, but it isn't a huge issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saver with Powerful Transcription and Decision Insights"

What do you like best about Fellow?

I find that Fellow really helps me save time by providing both video and transcription of calls, which means I don't have to watch the whole thing again. It gives me a detailed breakdown of the decisions and actions we need to take, which helps me a lot. I appreciate how easy it is to go back to a call and review decisions made. Fellow makes my workflow much faster and easier, allowing me to respond quickly to clients based on our last conversation. The initial setup was very simple and didn't take much time. I use it with ChatGPT, which is quite handy. I also love that when I provide strategic direction, Fellow tells me exactly where in the video that decision was made. Also, I can ask fellow to provide me the call where I spoke to a specific company about a specific challenge and Fellow will find the exact conversation! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fellow transcribes and provides strategic directives from calls, saving me time. 1. Note taking

I can now focus on the call, pick up on some details I might have missed if I was focusing on writing everything down quickly

2. Call recording

It allows me to go back to the recording in case I need to rewatch the way something was said

3. AI ask fellow feature

Sheesh, what a feature. I use it mostly to execute my shortcuts (predefined prompt that gets executed when called on), but I also use the feature to gain some insights - "what was the real problem for this client?" "When they were talking about plans for 2026, what was the one they liked the most" just any type of question that interests you, the AI tool does a great job.

4. Follow-up

I could bundle this with the AI feature, but I want to highlight it here separately. The amount of time I spend on following up calls is absurd. With fellow, I just type in /follow-up in the chat, and fellow automatically drafts the email, and opens it in G-mail for me?! Insane. Not only that, but it adds the correct emails of the recipients and subject...

5. Task managing

It creates tasks automatically after calls, and assigns it to you. I use the hubspot integration which works great. And after a call, it automatically assigns tasks agreed upon in the call to the correct people. huge! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
