Duck Creek is the new evolution of Insurance Domain. Working of Duck Creek is easy and the logic to build a code is very interesting. It allows the developer to modify the Out Of Box behavior according to the requirement. XSLT usage is a boon. **What do you dislike about Duck Creek Policy?** The API integration is a difficult part in development. In the upgraded version of Duck Creek, we cannot add any new Stored Procedure to the database if required. It is very easy to use and even new joiners can learn it very quickly. We have a solution center where we can find solutions for most of the Duck Creek problems. **What do you dislike about Duck Creek Policy?** For Duck Creek there are not enough resources available and due to this we get stuck in complex situations. Sometimes mapping the fields becomes too critical for private and public fields. After the latest upgrade, it is very difficult to add any stored procedures in the database. It hampers our ability to work with the database side of the application. We can't find the tough solutions of the Duck Creek problems in the solution center. I use Duck Creek in my work environment for P&C insurance & I found that the way Duck Creek handles the operations regarding business requirements is excellent. In the present time, everything is getting better, but Duck Creek Policy is not so good in terms of UI-UX. The user should have more control over Policy.
