**What do you like best about Cryptio?**

Cryptio has been a game-changer for us with its unmatched data completeness and accuracy. The audit readiness module ensures we're always prepared, and its ability to handle high volumes has been crucial for scalability. The automated labeling and transaction identification save us countless hours. Plus, the customer support and ease of implementation have made the entire process seamless. Cryptio's deep accounting expertise and comprehensive reporting suite have truly set a new standard in crypto accounting software.

**What do you dislike about Cryptio?**

Honestly, there's not much to dislike. If I had to mention something, it would be the premium pricing structure, which, while justified by its extensive features and benefits, may not suit smaller entities or individual NFT artists.

**What do you like best about Cryptio?**

Cryptio has helped us massively in our ability to prepare full annual sets of accounts with a large portfolio of on-chain transactions. The flow from importing a source to integration with our accounting software is smooth, easy to follow and ever-improving.

The ability for the team to act quickly on customer feedback and to provide a better-quality service, allowing us to be able to use the platform in a way that best suits our needs as an organisation and helping develop tools that better aid the industry as a whole.

**What do you dislike about Cryptio?**

For organisations that have a large volume of transactions, the length of time to update the workspace can be frustrating. However, the team are actively working on ways to improve this.

**What problems is Cryptio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost Basis calculations and Integration of on-chain transactions with our accounting software
