What do you like best about ContractSafe?

The thing that I like the most about ContractSafe is that it remains simple. It has a good ease of use, and I am able to do so on many occasions in a day, therefore, the frequency of use is natural in my work. The fact that it is integrated with Google Workspace is a great addition as well since it keeps everybody working on the same files. It has streamlined and made our contract flow more predictable. What do you dislike about ContractSafe?

It annoys me that ContractSafe does not support bulk actions. The simplicity is acceptable in the daily working activities, but the fewer features are felt when the workload increases. These bottlenecks accumulate as I use them quite frequently. Customer support is responsive, yet the changes that we requested seem to take long to manifest, which still keeps us using workarounds than we anticipated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?

ContractSafe assisted in tidying up our system of storing and managing agreements. The large number of features binds documents, dates and tags together well. That particularly helps me since I do not waste time anymore browsing all over as a result of the frequency of use. What do you like best about ContractSafe?

I am a very big fan of the fact that ContractSafe brings all of our important vendor agreements in a single place of access. It has simplified the process of accessing any document at short notice to make reviews whenever it is time to conduct audits or during the time of renewal negotiations. What do you dislike about ContractSafe?

The search feature is usually easy to use, but I have noticed that it can be enhanced. It happens that it may be necessary to search using several different keywords before certain clause is found. What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a problem with poor coordination of our sub-contractor arrangements in various departments. Our reputation and business relations with other companies are also well established because we have one source of truth since the implementation of ContractSafe, where all our relationships with external parties are well documented and regulated. "Honest Review Using ContractSafe for the past 2 years"

What do you like best about ContractSafe?

Ease of Use & User-Friendly Interface: The platform is very intuitive and very little training is required. Getting up and running happened in days, not weeks or months like some systems.

Excellent Customer Support: Being able to speak with a real person, with no tickets or hidden support fees is a HUGE bonus compared to others.

Robust Contract Repository & Search: The platform serves as a secure, centralized location for all contracts which means, based on user permissions, anyone in the company can find what they need. The search functionality, which uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to make even scanned documents searchable is super easy, similar to a "Google-like" search.

Automated Alerts and Reminders: The ability to easily set automated email reminders for key dates like renewals and expirations helps prevent missed deadlines and costly auto-renewals.

Value for Money: The cost-conscience pricing is competitive for the features offered. We found it to be a more affordable and effective solution compared to more expensive, complex platforms that balanced cost with business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContractSafe?

Limited AI and OCR Accuracy: While the OCR is a pro, some of our users find the AI capabilities for data extraction to be less than perfect, often requiring manual updates for accuracy. As a new user, I found it a bit difficult to navigate at first. Some actions (like uploading or editing metadata) weren’t as intuitive as I expected, and I had to spend time figuring things out or checking the help documentation. I really appreciate how intuitive and user-friendly ContractSafe is. I don’t need a lot of training to get things done—it just works. Also, the automated reminders for contract deadlines and renewals are a lifesaver. They help me stay on top of key dates without manually tracking everything.

What do you like best about ContractSafe?

The system is easy to use and allows us to store our contracts by the business areas needed. Once you have set up your required fields on a record, you can easily collate contract information by downloading reports or filter and view specific ones when needed. We can also share contracts with others in the business and manage their permissions, which is great! Ashlea has been a great Account Manager, always available when we needed and the support team also provide a quick response to any issues that we might have. What do you dislike about ContractSafe?

Whilst we are able to set reminders on records for various items, the functionality of the reminders feature is currently limited, for example we cannot easily filter by upcoming or missed reminders by record owners but we have raised this with ContractSafe and have been advised that development is ongoing so hopefully the function will have more features to it in the future. What do you like best about ContractSafe?

Let's start with customer support - no BOTs but a real knowledgeable person. I've had several opportunities to test the support model and it works.

The product was easy to setup and start using from day 1. It's intuative. I like it. My use case may be somewhat limited, however it was exactly the tool needed to match my requirements.

I like the drag and drop electronic files feature.

I like the charge metric model, I'm not licensed based on users or logins, but rather the number of contracts under storage - this is perfect.

What do you dislike about ContractSafe?

The tool doesn't allow me to create mathatical logic between two fields on a contract. i.e. input a contract value in a foreign currency AND an exchange rate to USD in a second field to achieve a normalized reporting value in a third field.

I like uniformly formatted data, often leading zeros, hyphens, etc are treated differently by different users... additionally I don't like when there are data fields left blank. When I view multiple contract details in row format (i.e. similar to excel) It would be ideal if I could go to the row/cell and adjust the field value and save the record. Instead I have to go into the individual contract and make the update. (I know I can set fields to being mandatory.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great Comprehensive Service"

What do you like best about ContractSafe?

ContractSafe did all of the things at we were looking for. We manage a lot of agreements with various milestone dates in them, and contract safe was perfect for pulling those out and setting up reminders to send to the appropriate team member.

We were able to easily store related documents under one umbrella and make changes as needed, and as the team changed.

What do you like best about ContractSafe?

Creating a contract and creating an intake form are both time-saving applications. Our contracts are more streamlined and consistent with this app. There are many features within ContractSafe that keep our contracts, requests, ACH and W9 forms organized and easy to access. What do you dislike about ContractSafe?

What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Annually, our company sends out one contract to 900 consultants through Docusign, and when those contracts move to ContractSafe through their integration, the contracts lose their naming convention. Our representative Ashlea Trevino, worked with her engineers and they created a workflow that allowed all 900 contracts to keep their naming convention when those moved to ContractSafe.
