In my food service operation, ConnectedFresh has been beneficial in helping me identify the freshness and probable problems if any. What do you dislike about ConnectedFresh? At times I have noticed a lag in data updates. Sometimes the temperature readings were delayed a bit to the real time and that made me and my team to panic looking for some effects which where never there. By using ConnectedFresh I have been able to minimize manual jobs of monitoring of temperatures in my kitchen.
