We have not seen a negative impact to using BirdEye, the only thing I wish is if there were more Support integrated with Google to verify some of our GMB pages, but this is definitely a Google Support issue and is not a fault of BirdEye. In recent weeks, our BirdEye rep has also been super helpful in connecting our GMB pages once we are able to get ownership of them which makes it seamless for us to respond to reviews! What really helps is that Birdeye integrates with almost all of the social and review platforms so we can keep an eye on what our customers are saying. It's a one stop shop for all of our customer success needs. Instead of wasting time going through each platform separately and replying to customers, we can setup automated review requests, reminder emails, and auto reply to every customer review on any platform. It's reporting features allow us to get really quick insights on the NPS, competitors, customer feedback, and where our ratings might be falling. It's priced quite competitively and there are few that offer the same level of functionality. Support has been excellent too, helping with setting things up or migrating to a new domain. One of my favorite features is the Reviews Dashboard. Having all of our reviews centralized in one place makes them easy to monitor, search, and identify trends across our restaurants. It saves a significant amount of time and helps ensure that no guest feedback is overlooked. I also trust the BirdEye team and its integrations, which make it easier to craft thoughtful, personalized responses to each review rather than relying on generic replies. Over the course of our relationship, I've been assigned to several different reps, and it often feels like I'm starting over each time. There's a learning curve with every transition, which means I spend time bringing someone new up to speed on our business, goals, and account history. Because of this, I've occasionally received conflicting information or experienced confusion around our contract and available functionality. I would love to have a dedicated account representative who stays with us long-term, develops a deep understanding of our brand, and can provide more consistent guidance and strategic support. BirdEye has become an important tool for measuring the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and activations. It gives me valuable insights into guest sentiment by highlighting trends in what our guests enjoy, as well as areas where we have opportunities to improve. As a company that has been around for more than 50 years, SEO can sometimes feel like a complicated and constantly evolving concept. BirdEye gives me confidence that our restaurants are maintaining a strong online presence and appearing prominently when potential guests are searching for places to dine.
